Welcome to the second week of our Mirror Affirmation Audio series. This episode encourages us to reflect on how we speak to ourselves by asking the profound question: Would I say this to someone I love? Through mirror affirmations, we are reminded of the importance of treating ourselves with the same kindness and grace that we offer to others.
